1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DeepEngineerHub (deepengineerhub.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address to create a Standard, Premium, or Developer account. Guest access does not require an account.

3. Premium Membership & Payments

Premium Membership is sold as a 1-year (annual) term. Payment is processed securely by Razorpay; we never receive or store your full card details. At the end of the term, your account automatically reverts to Standard access unless renewed - there is no auto-recurring charge without a fresh checkout.

Right of Withdrawal (EEA/UK customers): if you are purchasing from the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital subscription purchase. By completing checkout and receiving immediate Premium access, you acknowledge and expressly request that access begin immediately, and that this affects your withdrawal right, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

"Buy me a coffee" contributions are voluntary, non-refundable, and do not grant any additional account access or entitlements.

4. Developer Contributions

Developer accounts are granted at our discretion and permit contributing code via feature branches and pull requests to our repositories. Developer accounts do not have merge, deployment, or administrative access - all changes are reviewed and merged solely by an Administrator.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, including but not limited to: attempting to bypass access controls or payment mechanisms, scraping content at scale, or interfering with other users' access to the service.

6. Content

All tutorials, articles, and materials on DeepEngineerHub are provided for educational purposes. Content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We may update or remove content at any time.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time via our contact channels.
